Please read these terms of service carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using SHAE oils website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. 

2. Products and Descriptions: SHAE oils make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. Product colors may also appear differently on different screens, and actual product packaging may vary.

3. Product Use and Disclaimers: The information and statements provided on our website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are intended for external use ONLY. Our products are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have specific concerns about the use of our products, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Before making a purchase, please make sure to thoroughly review the ingredients list. SHAE oils will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or irritations that may occur from using our products. Although the ingredients in each product have been carefully selected and should not generally cause irritations, it is possible for individuals to have different skin sensitivities. It is highly recommended to do a patch test before using any products fully, especially if you have allergies or known sensitivities.

4. Ordering and Payment: Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or change by the customer. Payment for orders is processed securely through our chosen payment gateway.

5. Missing or incorrect order: If you are missing a purchased item or received the incorrect order, please email shaeoilss@gmail.com with a picture of your delivered items and inform us of your original order. We would gladly correct your order. 

6. Shipping and Returns: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a receipt with a tracking number. Please use this number to check the status of your order. No returns or refunds are accepted, but if a product is damaged, please email shaeoilss@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item. We will determine if a replacement is necessary. In the event that you do not receive your product, please contact shaeoilss@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.

7. Responsibility of the customer: Please ensure that all shipping information provided is correct. Customers have a 24-hour window to email shaeoilss@gmail.com for updates to shipping information ONLY (placed orders cannot be canceled or modified by the customer). We are committed to offering exceptional service, and accurate shipping details are essential for a seamless delivery experience.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for such changes before making a purchase. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website or purchase any SHAE oils products.
